SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY
We ship anywhere in the UK or EU.
Orders are processed Monday - Friday (by 5pm CST) and shipped within 2 Business Days* of order placement. Transit time includes weekdays and Saturday only. The time it takes for your order to be delivered depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Shipping times exclude Holidays.
*Please note: During December, orders may take up to 3 Business Days to ship due to the Holiday Season. We appreciate your patience.
We ship anywhere in the World that allows imported packages and products.
Shipments dispatch Monday - Friday (at 5 PM CST) within 5 Business Days* of order placement. All orders placed on Friday will dispatch the following MONDAY at 5 PM CST (excluding holidays). Transit time includes weekdays only. The time it takes for your order to be delivered depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Shipping times exclude Holidays.
*Nor Royal Mail or Ambient Inks can guarantee that packages will be delivered in the stated time frame.
All international orders are subject to the customs laws of the destination country. Please note that orders shipped outside the US may be subject to import duties and/or taxes imposed by Customs when the order reaches your country. Payment of all duties and taxes is the sole responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for lost packages. If your package has not arrived during the suggested delivery time, please check with your local customs office. They can hold packages for 30 days, and if unclaimed by that time it will be returned to sender. We will not issue a credit or reship any items if they are lost in transit.
All shipments originate out of Stevenage. Shipping prices are determined by package weight and geographical location from the shipment's origin.
*Ambient Inks will not be held responsible for any items lost, damaged, or stolen during transit.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We offer a Return Only* policy on unworn, unwashed and sealed merchandise. All returns and exchanges must be received at our facility within 30 days for Domestic orders and 60 days for International orders of the original ship date. You must include a completed Return Form that can be found on the original packing slip. If you have lost yours, please download a copy here:
*If you need to return an item, please return the item purchased and once we receive we will process a credit to the original method of payment within 2-4 business days.
*If you need to exchange an item please return the item purchased for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returns and exchanges, unless there was an error on the part of our company. If you are returning an item due to an error on our part, please contact customer service - firstname.lastname@example.org - within 2 weeks of receiving the package in order to receive a pre-paid postage label. You must print out the label, package the goods, and send back to us. We will only ship out the correct product as soon as we receive the incorrect product.
If your package is returned to us for any reason, we will notify you by email. If you do not respond within 2 weeks we will return the item(s) into our stock and refund the amount, less shipping.
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Please do not send cash or check. Sales tax will not be charged unless the package is shipped within Wisconsin.
If you receive a Gateway Error during checkout, most of the time this is a credit / debit card billing address issue. Please note that the billing address you enter must be the billing address associated with the credit card you are using. If you're still having problems, please contact our customer service team.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders that have not yet been fulfilled due to pricing errors, or the misuse of coupon codes.
If you order non pre-order items with pre-order items they will not ship until the specified date on the product description. If you need the non pre-ordered items sooner, please place two separate orders.
